A ‘turnkey’ project is a service where our office manages the entire execution from start to finish, handing over the keys upon completion. The client is involved only in creating the concept of the arrangement. We handle the rest, including technical documentation, estimates, scheduling teams, organizing orders, and tracking the work schedule. We cooperate with trusted carpenters, locksmiths, glaziers, and more. We supervise the work to ensure the outcome aligns with the agreed concept, delivering the client’s dream interior.

Initially, we have a conversation to better understand your expectations and needs. We present an offer, and after its acceptance, we sign a contract. We conduct a detailed interview based on which we create the concept. Meanwhile, we carry out an inventory of the property. Based on the information collected, we develop a functional scheme and prepare visualizations. Next, we create the executive documentation, which we review with you and make any necessary changes. Once we have the final project approved by you, we move to the practical part, and your dream interior comes to life.
